juz read e books "the healing power of water" & "Water: for health, for healing, for Life". great n awesome books abt water n its properties. its more den ever one can imagine n proven in sciences! here's e book review abt water in regard to us.

several sickness & illnesses r due to shortages of water in our body, like headaches & migraines, asthma&allergies, constipations, diabetes, high blood pressure(eventually lead to hypertension), to even backache & bodyache & stomachache.

headaches & migraines - its centrally produced signal for dehydration & over-heating of brain. drink cooling water to stop it.

asthma&allergies - they denote a state of dehydration in e human body. they herald continuing degeneration of e body until other complications of dehydration get established & can cause nearly death.

i shall n onli mention abt tis 2. e rest are more complicated to mention abt. bt definitely, if u're not feeling thristy, it doesnt mean tat ur body dun nid water! cos all of body cells r working every single min we're alive. so kip drinking sufficient water! rmb, dry mouth is not an accurate indicator of body's actual water need!

if u wan to noe whether u hv enuff water in ur body, check e color of ur urine. e darker(yellowish to orange) color, e more water u nid to drink.

even for our emotions, if u're feeling agitated, irritabled, unreasonably, anxious n depressed. u oso can drink some water to calm ur emotions down.

how abt during studying? yes u need to drink more water too! ur brain alertness & learning capacity are proportionately dependent on e water intake individually.

y water is able to cure so many sickness? becos water is able to enhance e flow of blood n transfer of minerals in our body. for those who drink more den enuff water, blood flow are maximise n if there's any open wound, it would heal faster den those who dont.

even for stomach pain or adominal pain, drinking of 2-3glasses of water will b able to relieve e pain of e acidity of ur stomach instead of taking painkillers.. painkillers will masked one of e localized signals of dehydration until u may get e chance of getting hypertension.

therefore, drink more plain water instead of soft drinks, caffine drinks or even sweet drinks. ur body's need for plain water is definite not replacable by soft drinks etc. becos ur body DOES NOT take soft drink as plain water. although it may qunech ur thirst, bt it doesnt fill up ur body's need for water(ur body's physiological funtion)!

for those w migraine & asthma or any other health problems: increase ur intake of water everyday! cut down e intake of soft & sweet drinks/ caffine / alchohol drink. best more den 6glasses of water daily. best idea, have a water bottle w u wherever u go.. so u can drink directly from it.. keep drinking up, it'll increase ur health, not wait until u're thirsty den drink up. cos it mayb too late.

is being a PC for e 1st tym so hard? is being a platoonmates so difficult to communicate? is it so difficult for a platoon to unite tgt n do tings tgt? am i so useless? or am i e one suppose to change how e tings r gg on?

all these thoughts hv been running thru my mind since ytd nite.. i dunno how to express my entire thoughts out.. bt i will try my best.. ytd initially my sir came up my bunk for field pack inspection.. bt aft tat he gather us to hv a heart to heart talk.. meaning to say out anything n everything regarding e platoon or even sir himself.. bt tings started to went seriously wrong when one of my platoonmates started to reason out w sir abt y he cnt hv his 4days MC at hm.. he's totally on e verge of breaking down.. its not juz abt tis.. another of my fren tried to explain to him wat is e intention of sir.. bt he kanna scolded.. sir tried veri hard to convince him of his thoughts n feelings.. bt it juz seem to b no use.. done w tat.. everyting ended n he went bk to his own bunk.. bt den i remain w sir n i check up w another fren.. e one kanna scolded la.. one of my sgt is talking to him n he cried.. i didnt noe wat to do.. i juz accompany him.. bt yet tings were not finish.. my fren tat scolded sir came bk n look for tis fren im wif.. he argued w him y he interupt him juz nw.. n blah blah blah.. arguments started on again.. bt in e end it juz ended abruptly..

sry guys.. i wont name out who r those person.. n when i type in tis blog is difficult to visualise everyting..

i actually drop a few tears in bunk n smoking corner ytd aft tis tings.. mayb my EQ is too high le.. or mayb im too concern abt relationship le.. this is e only tym i would drop tears.. aft all these tings.. i realise alot of stuff.. even thou e whole plt been tgt for abt 10mths.. bt we seriously dun really know each other.. not even 60% of tat person's character.. tings will juz simply goes wrong w juz one wrong word or even a small little spark will cause a big trouble..

i even pity for my sir.. he himself even take out his rank n throw on e floor juz for his plt.. i believe other sir wont do tat de lor.. by e tym he went off.. i can c tat he tried v hard to put on a smile in front of us.. i juz cried becos as my sir he hv to put e burden of us on himself.. he did so much for us.. went thru so much w us.. yet still nid to stand all these stuff.. mayb its juz life..

my fren who kanna scolded said tat he was being neglected by tis plt.. i agree w him.. i myself oso.. at tyms la.. i didnt know wat to do as well.. i onli noe wat i can do is to accompany him.. in e end at smoking pt i juz smoke 5sticks of cig.. talking to him w open heart.. i juz tell him my thoughts n console him... n he listen to me n when he speaks.. i oso feel well..

i juz feel tat tis plt3 is totally damn useless.. i didnt noe wat to say.. give F**K UP attitude.. lazy.. no responsibilities at all.. i juz simply hate tis feelings...

n oso my sir ask us to speak up who is not happy w who.. ahbeng(a guy nickname) arrows me.. bt thxs God he shut himself up b4 i open my mouth.. if not i make sure tat i dump everyting out in front of sir n getting himself into trouble.. he belongs to wat we call sect2B.. section2-burden..
becos they juz simply stick to htmeselves.. n they r e damn useless of all.. i juz simply hates them.. i dun wan to talk to them if possible..

come on.. if u didnt open ur heart n goes to church.. u wont feel e presence de la.. n oso one more thing.. church is not a place for u to come n go as u like juz to c gals.. k!? when a church is rising up.. definitely thr will b bad news or badmouth frm other ppl spreading ard.. bt one thing i can confirm is..
